パナソニックのB2Bソリューションビジネス（2022年4月よりパナソニック コネクト株式会社）のマーケティングおよびデザイン部門の責任者として国内外のマーケティング機能を強化しつつ、ビジネス改革・カルチャー改革に取り組んでいる。シスコシステムズ、ヤフージャパン、日本IBMなど複数の国内企業・外資系企業にてマーケティング部門管理職に25年以上従事し、2017年12月より現職。ダイバーシティ推進担当役員として、女性活躍、LGBTQ、男性育休100％取得などを推進している。日本アドバタイザーズ協会 デジタルメディア委員会 委員長。個人的に不登校児とその親を支援する活動にも従事。

2001年薬学部卒業後、アストラゼネカ株式会社入社。2005年からノバルティスファーマ株式会社にて、医療情報担当者として臓器移植のプロジェクトなどに従事。2013年関西学院大学専門職大学院経営戦略研究科院卒業。
2013年医療系コンサルティングファーム株式会社メディノベーションラボの代表取締役を経て、2016年株式会社ネクイノ（旧ネクストイノベーション株式会社）を創設。医療機関の経営改革や新規事業開発が専門領域。

After graduating from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2001, he joined AstraZeneca K.K. In 2005, he joined Novartis Pharma K.K., where he worked on organ transplant projects as a medical information officer.
In 2013, he became the representative director of Medinovation Labs, a medical consulting firm, and in 2016, he founded Next Innovation Inc. He specializes in management reform and new business development for medical institutions.
